Overview
Brief introduction of Pulse Bag Filter:
Pulse dust collector (Pulse Bag Filter) is a kind of energy saving and environmental protection dust collector. The equipment is reasonable in design and has the essence of the technology of single machine pulse precipitator at home and abroad. The method of pulse jet cleaning has the advantages of good ash removal effect, high purification efficiency, large air handling capacity, long service life of filter bags, small maintenance workload and reliable operation.
Structure of pulse dust collector:
There are six specifications in this series of precipitators, and each specification can be divided into two types: standard type A with ash hopper and type B with open flange (without ash hopper).
Working principle of pulse dust collector :
The dust containing gas enters the dust collector from the dust hopper golden tuyere, enters the filter chamber through the lower ash hopper, and the coarse particles fall directly into the ash hopper. The clean air filtered by the filter bag enters the air purification chamber and is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. With the increase of filtering time, more and more dust attached to the filter bag, and the resistance of filter bag increases, which results in the decrease of air volume and the impact on the normal operation of the equipment. In this series of dust cleaning, the pulse controller sends a signal to open the pulse valve in sequence, and the compressed air in the air bag enters the filter bag through the pulse valve to the jet pipe, and the filter bag instantly The dust layer on the surface of the filter bag falls off due to rapid expansion, and the resistance of the filter bag is restored. The cleaned dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged by the light ash discharge valve. After all the filter bags are blown, the dust remover returns to normal operation.
