Overview of Vibrating Screen (Vibrating Sieve):
Vibrating Screen also is known as Vibrating Sieve, Vibrating Sifter, sand sieve, sand screen,Circular Vibrating Screen . Vibrating Screen (Vibrating Sieve) is suitable for dividing the mixed materials into a number of different grain sizes through single or multilayer screen.
Vibrating Screen (Vibrating Sieve) works on circular motion. It is applicable for wide range of operations like screening of dry or wet sand, gravel, mineral ores and other industrial applications. We offer vibrating screens in a variety of combination of sizes to suitable solutions for different capacity requirement. In screen grading, the material is separated mechanically on screen plates. Vibrating screen(Vibrating Sieve) has rolling bearing stressed by high loads. Output of the screen depends on screen inclination, feeding system, screen RPM and vibration ratio. We can design and supply all ranges of vibrating screens according to the capacity and requirement.
Structure of Vibrating Screen (Vibrating Sieve):
Vibrating Screen (Vibrating Sieve) mainly consists of the eccentric shaker, sieve boxes, motors, bases and supporting parts, etc.
Working Principle of Vibrating Screen (Vibrating Sieve):
The eccentric vibrator high-speed rotates by the motor through V-belts, the rotating eccentric block produces large centrifugal force to bring sieve boxes circle moving with certain amplitude. Under the impulse of the sieve box, the materials on the leaning screens produce a continuous throwing motion; In the contacting process of the materials and screen surface, particles smaller than sieve pass through the screen and classification is realized.
