Overview
Introduction of QBM Grinding Mill:
QBM Grinding Mill adopts a number of patented technologies such as bevel gear integral transmission, internal thin oil lubrication system, arc-shaped air duct, etc., with high grinding efficiency. It is the replacement product of traditional Raymond mill and pendulum mill, and is widely used in power plant desulfurization, large-scale non-metallic ore milling, building materials and chemical industry and other fields.
QBM Grinding Mill also is called New type European Grinding Mill which is widely used to powder grinding in the field of metallurgy,construction material,chemical,etc for the mineral material such as limestone, barite, gypsum,feldspar, calcite, dolomite,etc.
After being grinded, the powder fineness can be adjusted in the range of 80 mesh to 325 mesh, some fine powder can be up to 0.038mm.
Working Principle of QBM Grinding Mill:
After crushing, the qualified materials are sent to the grinding chamber of the main machine continuously and evenly by the vibrating feeder for grinding. The milled materials are sent to the separator for classification by the air flow of the fan. Under the action of the analyzer, the materials that do not meet the fineness requirements fall into the mill room for regrinding, and the qualified materials flow through the pipeline into the cyclone powder collector for separation and collection, and then discharged through the discharge device to be the finished powder. The separated airflow enters into the fan through the upper return air duct of cyclone dust collector. The system operates under positive and negative pressure, and the equipment is equipped with pulse dust collector, which is environmentally friendly.

► Bevel gear integral transmission, efficiency significantly improved
The whole transmission of bevel gear has the advantages of stable transmission, reduced transmission chain, accurate transmission ratio and sharp reduction of energy loss; compact structure, convenient installation and adjustment, and remarkable improvement of efficiency.
► Three transmission parts are lubricated with thin oil
The main engine, fan and separator are all lubricated with thin oil. The lubrication of main shaft bearing and bevel gear shaft bearing can be realized without additional oil pump or lubrication station. At the same time, water cooling device is adopted to significantly improve the service life of main bearing system.
► Frequency conversion separator is used to improve the efficiency of powder separation and collection
The motor of frequency conversion separator has high efficiency and energy saving, F-class insulation and protection grade of IP54; the separation structure is adopted between the inner cylinder of separator and the powder flow of mixed gas, which can effectively improve the efficiency and precision of powder separation.
► Start up control technology is adopted to ensure reliable operation of equipment
The control cabinet adopts soft starter to start the fan and main engine, which makes it easier to start and operate more reliably; intelligent digital technology is used to protect the main engine over-current; the intelligent instrument collects the host current through the transformer to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
► Curved blade with changeable blade improves material utilization
The cutting edge is made of high wear-resistant alloy material, only the blade part needs to be replaced to improve the material utilization rate; the curved blade can guide the material inside and increase the effective working area, thus increasing the output.
► Unique air circulation system, energy saving and environmental protection
The production line can be equipped with pulse dust remover, with high dust removal efficiency and low emission concentration, which basically realizes dust-free operation in the workshop.
