Overview
Introduction of Gypsum Mill:
Gypsum is a kind of widely used industrial and building materials. It can be used in cement retarder, gypsum building products, model making, medical food additives, sulfuric acid production, paper filler, paint filler, etc. The microporous structure and heating dehydration property of gypsum and its products make it have excellent sound insulation, heat insulation and fireproof performance.
Before being used, the raw gypsum stone (CaSO4*2H2O) needs to be crushed and grinded into fine gypsum powder in advance, then by the related treatment technology, finally get the related finished gypsum product.
For example, after being calcined under certain temperature around 145 ℃, 1 1/2 water (H2O) is got rid of from raw gypsum powder, and then get plaster of paris powDer (CaSO4*1/2 H2O) which is widely used to produce high quality plasterboard.
Working principle of Gypsum Mill:
Raw gypsum stone is crushed by jaw crusher to be size less than 20mm in advance, then lifted by the bucket elevator to the storage hopper, then after vibrating feeder evenly and quantitatively and continuously into the Main machine's grinding chamber, after being grinded by ring and high rotation speed rollers, the gypsum powder is blown by blower to the top of main machine.
On the top of main machine it is powder classifier. Through the powder classifier separated, the certain powder fineness with air flow through the pipeline into the cyclone powder collector to be collected, and fall down to the bottom and to be discharged as finished powder. The coarse gypsum powder which can not pass through powder classifier will fall down to the bottom of grinding chamber to be grinded again.
Bag Filter is used to catch the little dust generated in the grinding process, finally the finished gypsum powder is packed into bags.
Electric control caninet is used to control all the above machines.
