Overview
Overview of Bentonite Mill :
Bentonite Mill also is called Raymond Roller Mill, and it can be used to grind and process variety kinds of non-flammable and non-explosive materials with hardness less than 7 and humidity less than 10% such as bentonite, dolomite, limestone, gypsum, barite, carbonate calcium, etc, in mining, construction, chemical industry, etc.
Bentonite Mill is ideal grinding machine to grind and process bentonite, and the fine powder size can be 40 mesh to 325 mesh for industry usage. The powder output size of bentonite mill can be adjusted continuously according to the customers' demand.
Working Principle of Bentonite Mill :
► Bentonite is crushed by hammer crusher to the size required which is suitable for the Bentonite Mill.
► Then the crushed bentonite are elevated into a hopper by bucket elevator from which the bentonite is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for bentonite grinding mill. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the bentonite, send to the middle between ring and roller to accomplish the grind.
► After this, the ground bentonite are carried by the air from the blower into the powder separator (Analyzer Machine) for screening. The fine bentonite powders are blow into the cyclone powder collector and are poured out through the output-powder valve as the final products, and the corase bentonite after the screening will be recycled back into the grinding chamber for regrinding. The set’s airflow system is closely sealed up and circulated under condition of negative and positive pressure.

► Driving system of main frame adopts airtight gearing and pulley, drives smoothly and operates reliably.
► Main parts of the whole plant are made from cast and steel of high quality. The technics is so subtly that insures the durability of whole plant.
► The electric control system is centralized controlled, so the automaticity is high, no people are needed in the operating room.
