How to produce limestone powder with grinding mill ?

 

Limestone grinding mill can produce limestone powder with a fineness ranges from 80-425 mesh. If you want to produce 400-3000 mesh powder, ultrafine mill or ultrafine vertical mill will be needed. And the finer the powder, the lower output capacity is.

 

Limestone powder grinding mill working principle is to use high rotation speed roller to press and grind limestone working together with ring, and they all have crushing, feeding, grinding, classifying and blowing system to complete the stone grinding process. 

 

The whole limestone grinding process is as follows:

 

Firstly, the limestone rock is crushed into small ones(usually less than 25mm) for easy feeding and grinding.

 

Secondly, crushed limestone is conveyed to the limestone grinding mill by elevator and conveyor.

 

Thirdly, the crushed limestonestone is grinded in the mill into fine powder.

 

Fourthly, the classifying system is used to let the required limestone powder go into the cylcone powder collector.

 

Fifthly, the blower is used to blow or suck the limestone powder into the cyclone collector.

 

Sixthly, the limestone powder in the cyclone collector can be packed into bags with the help of screw conveyor and packing machine.
